ALL HOME POOLS MUST:


* Have an approved resuscitation sign (from 2019 onwards) which is visibly available within the pool area at all times


* Have all trip hazards etc moved away from the pool area - pool area must be 100% clear.


* Water quality must be tested before we arrive. 

Successful Swimming is not responsible for the pool water quality provided. 


* All home pools must adhere to councils guidelines for fencing 1.2m high for internal barriers & 1.8m high for External barrier/neighbour sharing fences - All must surround entire pool.


Please see Swimming Pools Act 1992 for more information.


All home pools are expected to provide proof of the above and sign an acknowledgment form before use. 


If your pool is not compliant when we arrive, Successful Swimming reserves the right to cancel immediately on-site without refund. 


Yes. 

All staff at Successful Swimming are fully qualified swim instructors who hold their WWCC & CPR with years of combined experience in learn to swim, stroke development, supervision and risk assessment. We also carry full insurance coverage, including public liability, product liability and professional indemnity insurance. This protects our students, families, instructors, facilities and reflects our commitment to safety and professionalism.


Once your date and time has been confirmed we will email your invoice same day. 

Payment is not due until the day of your lesson. 

Pay with Tap & Go, Bank Transfer or Cash.


We completely understand that weather is out of everyones control. 

If your scheduled lesson has terrible weather, simply message us with 2 hours notice and cancel your lesson. 

A make-up lesson at a time that suits you will be provided. 


Please Note: Successful Swimming will not operate during heavy rainfall, hail and/or storms.


Yes.
Successful Swimming understands the importance of consistency when it comes to children & teaching overall.
For this reason, our students will get the same teacher every single time. 


As our services are based in individual needs and goals- we allow for flexible/individual timelines as well. 

We are here for short term goals or year-round bookings. 

No minimum bookings required.


We come with pool noodles, kickboards, hand paddles, pull buoys, hoops, sink toys, platforms, spare goggles, underwater cameras, waterproof GPS fitness trackers and more. 


We recommend:

  • 1–2x/week for learn to swim/beginners
  • 2–3x/week for technique and skill development


Always.
Whether as a once off or regular payment option, Successful Swimming will always accept cash and support the use of it. Cash receipts are also available.
