Cancellation & lateness policy

If you arrive late to your lesson, your lesson will still finish at the originally scheduled time.

You will not receive additional lesson time to make up for the time lost, and the full lesson fee will still apply. 

By booking a lesson with Successful Swimming, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

If you arrive so late that the lesson can no longer reasonably take place, the lesson will be considered missed and the full lesson fee will be forfeited.

When booking lessons, we rely on the availability you provide to secure a suitable recurring or scheduled lesson time.

While we will always do what we can to accommodate, it is not always possible.

We accept bookings in good faith based on the availability provided to us at the time of booking, and cannot accept responsibility for changes to your availability after a lesson or block of lessons has been secured.

If you provide availability and that availability subsequently changes to times that we are unable to accommodate, any lessons that have already been prepaid may either:

• remain as account credit for up to 3 months, to be used when a suitable time becomes available; or
• be forfeited if you are unable or unwilling to use the available lesson times within this period.

By booking a lesson with Successful Swimming, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Our cancellation policy is based on the amount of notice provided:

• 48+ hours' notice: No fee applies and the lesson may be rescheduled, subject to availability.
• 24–48 hours' notice: The lesson fee will be credited to your account for future use.
• Less than 24 hours' notice: The lesson fee will be forfeited.
• Cancellations made due to extreme weather in outdoor pools (such as storms) will be fully credited until weather supports safe lessons again.

This policy applies because short-notice cancellations can prevent our coaches from offering the allocated time to another swimmer.
